New Core Technical Committee (CTC) members
The Core Technical Committee (CTC) added four new members to help guide Node.js core development: Evan Lucas, Rich Trott, Ali Ijaz Sheikh and Сковорода Никита Андреевич (Nikita Skovoroda).
